What customers say

Customers praise accommodating, helpful service, and two say the team went beyond what was requested. One customer got fast help from two technicians on a Friday; another had two different keys cut for a Chinese lock, then a key cut from the one that worked best.

They were great to deal with and went over and above to help me out. The keys needed were for a Chinese lock. They cut me 2 different keys to try and then cut from the 1 that worked the best. Highly recommend

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Lock Shop handle a lock rekey?

Lock Shop can come to the customer, remove and rekey the lock, or the customer can bring it in for an in-house technician to rekey while they wait.

What does Lock Shop require for additional high-security keys?

The requester must be on the signing authorization. A signed letter on company letterhead listing the system number and quantity is one option; the other is bringing ID in person.
