I first purchased keys from Lowes. NOT 1 key was cut correctly, so as I was leaving from returning them I went passed Minute key. Not only do they have a great selection to choose from, they all fitted my doors. A little pricy but well worth it.
Made keys here twice for a rental property, only to discover both times after delivering to the tenants that the new keys would not work at all. First time I thought maybe I had copied the wrong key. Made keys again. No dice, and the key I copied from works perfectly. Avoid this place. Go with someone who is making them.
We’ve needed extra keys for so time now but unable to find a key maker near us. So, we were in Lowe’s and there it was. After inserting my key and pressing a couple of buttons then my bank card, viola! There they were, spare keys. It really brought a smile to my face when I discovers they all worked perfectly in my door. I will use it again for sure.

Seeing the machine, reminded me too get a spare key made. "Didn't work." Great Customer service with my refund. Went back turned my key upsidedown and it worked.. I'm pleased with the service and choices of many cool key's
