Ray's Key & Lock

Just had 3 keys made at Ray's. Mentioned to owner I'm always hesitant to try one of those automated machines at Home Depot or Lowes. Got home, all 3 keys worked to perfection! I always judge a mechanics shop, or in this case, a key makers shop on its cleanliness and if things are in order. Spotless. It says everything about their business. The one we have gone to in the past has oily boxes stacked everywhere, and yea, well... absolutely stoked I finally made it into Ray's. Great stuff!!! A+++

Impeccable service and great pricing!! I give them my highest recommendation. Details: Needed my front door re-keyed. Spoke to Kenny on the phone, he gave me 2 options for the next day and day after. Picked 3pm on Friday. Kenny called roughly 15 minutes ahead of time to say he was arriving at 3pm, and he showed up almost exactly to the second as scheduled. Quickly got to work, and within a few minutes, both our front door locks (main and deadbolt) wear lubricated throughout and had a fresh set of keys. Everything now works as smooth as silk, better than at anytime since we moved in 25+ years ago . Kenny also gave recommendations on how to maintain smooth operation as long as possible with unforgiving salt air climate near beach making things more difficult, and advised alternate solutions in the future if we ever had trouble with the lock again and a re-key wasn't enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Pricing was exactly as estimated over the phone, which was less expensive than 2 other locksmiths with good ratings on Yelp and Google. Overall: 5-stars in all counts. My highest recommendation.

I got just my car key made for $49.49 after taxes The lady was extremely friendly, helpful, as well as answered all my annoying questions. My experience was a 10/10 and you'd be doing yourself a disservice by going somewhere else. Thank you for doing good business.
