Lack of competence or they no longer want customers. They refused to repin a Schlage SC1 cylinder, claiming it was purchased from Amazon, without even letting me open the box to show them my lock.

A customer praised a technician's quick arrival and clean, efficient, professional work. No greeting, seemed too rushed to come and help you at the counter, price almost double to copy a key compared to another well-known locksmith in Trois-Rivières, and finally, not even able to say goodbye or have a nice day, so go compare to understand.

Excellent service! The technician was really friendly (a guy from Drummondville), and he arrived very quickly. Clean, efficient, and professional work. Honestly, he's the kind of employee every company would love to have. Very satisfied, I recommend SerruPro without hesitation! ????
