Fast service. Reasonable price. I called for a quote and Michael was at my house 15 mins later.
Called and spoke with a pleasant girl on the phone and then Michael came within 18 minutes of placing the call. He even did a courtesy call to tell me he was on the way and how long it would be. He was super professional and got me into my apartment within a minute. No one enjoys having to call a locksmith, but I’d call this company again in a heartbeat if I find myself in that situation again. Give Michael a raise!!

Very disappointed in their support for their installation. I had a service call for my front door that I hardly use- It was a sticking lock. They told me I needed a new handset and cylinder. $450 later- I have a brand new set now still stick just like the original one I had. I called them and they told me their warranty was only 90 days. I told them I haven't even opened the door more than three or four times in 90 days- as we don't use our front door regularly. And reminded them that the problem is the existing problem I had them come out for.. They didn't care and was going to charge me for the same problem they tried to fix and didn't. I told them I would look for another Locksmith.
