Needed a spare key fob for a truck I had just purchased that had only one. Checked for locksmiths on line and saw the great reviews for OR Locksmith.
I called and spoke to Jacob. He was very helpful and considerate in explaining the process and his pricing was very competitive.
He set an appointment time that was convenient for me. Went in and he had a new key for me in 20 minutes.
Before I left, Jacob walked me through all the features, making sure they were all working properly. Even showed me some features i didn't even know it had. He was kind, professional, and did a great job!!!!
I highly recommend!!!

Thank you, Jacob for helping with my key as it no longer was useful in securing my car. You saw me in a timely and punctual manner, charged a fair price for this service, and completed the key exchange within the timeframe you quoted.

Jacob was great. Friendly, professional and quick at the whole process. He gave me a great deal on 2 key fobs plus programming. Less than a third of what the dealer charges!
