I called Story’s on Monday about getting an additional fob for a vehicle we just purchased, and they came out on Wednesday after ordering the fob. Kim was right on time and extremely knowledgeable and professional. She programmed the fob and had us all set. Everything was incredibly easy for us, and they were wonderful. I highly recommend them. They made scheduling and getting things done a breeze.

WOULD RECOMMEND!! I reached out about a week ago regarding a replacement car key and Kim was so helpful! I did some price shopping and inevitably ending up going with Story’s Lock and Key. I had an issue with another company and upon calling Kim was able to get to me in 20 mins and make a replacement key in less than 10 mins. She was so professional and got the job done fast and easy!
