I am so happy with the job that Tulsa Pop-A-Lock technician Bobby Calvert did for me that I felt compelled to leave a review for him. He came to my home driveway and pulled, repaired, and reinstalled my car's ignition so I could once again insert my key all the way and turn it to start my car. He took the time to be very thorough with fixing my ignition, even though he was working OUTSIDE in 31° weather! (Yikes!) Anyway, Bobby is not only proficient at his job, he is also just the nicest guy. I heartily recommend him!
I haven’t ever locked my keys in my car before until last night, and was freaking out. They were helpful and patient through the process, and the man who helped me arrived quickly and was very kind while helping. Because he needed to leave to get another tool that wasn’t on hand I ended up not needing to pay, but I didn’t mind the wait time. I appreciated the fact they came and I was able to have access to my vehicle without needing to break a window!
Josh was awesome! Came and opened the truck no problem, he was nice professional and personable. He got here in under 30 minutes and effortlessly had us in our vehicle in about a minute. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would def recommend to anyone!
The young man was actually 15 mins before I was told over the phone. He was young but had my door opened within a couple mins!
