FEMALE CLIENT**Hey ladies and even gents, as a woman the upcharge and unnecessary charges are an ever ending story.I was short, asked clarifying questions and was meet with honesty, FINALLY. And professionalism as I had a long day. My actual need didn't end up costing me, but everyone else I tried quoted me anywhere from $75-$150, for one simple malfunction in my car key.I even received a quote of $25 to swap the entire shell, and then they back peddled and wanted me to pay $120 for a new key. Their reasoning was my key and it's components were fragile. Mind you I have a GM FLIP KEY, one of the most common keys. This was just to show up with my own parts, which I had already.I called the gentleman here at SOONER LOCK and explained I wanted one singular service, the rest I could handle. They fixed it and put it back together for me and within minutes I walked out!! My situation, I was not charged. However, they didn't have to. And secondly if I should ever return I would pay what I'm quoted as they did quality work in my opinion.Again this review is for women who are tired of being "swaggled"
We’re an optometry office in the Tulsa area, and one of our staff accidentally locked us out of our Metal (Chicago brand) storage cabinet. After calling several places in the metro, Sooner Lock & Key was the only company willing to provide an estimate - and they were able to come out the very next day. They were professional, patient, and clearly committed to helping us, even though our attempts to fix the issue ourselves had stripped the keyhole (sorry about that!). They not only got the cabinet open but also replaced the lock and provided new keys since we didn’t have the originals. If we ever need lock assistance again, we know exactly who to call. Thank you for the great service!
We got locked out of a fire proof filing cabinet and needed access in order to open our store for the day. They came out quickly and got us access within an hour of my call! He then replaced the lock mechanism so we wouldn't have the problem again! All for a VERY reasonable price! Oh! I also appreciated the text before arrival with the technician's picture!
