I needed an automotive key cut, I called ahead to make sure that they can do it. They said they could so I went over. When I pulled up and went inside, the dude smiled in my face and told me we don’t have a “automotive” technician available & that they left before I got there. A waste of my time and I also lost the ability to drive to another locksmith who could’ve cut my key for me. To think I was just going to hand them business To re-key and remaster key my building because of the personal reviews I’ve had from others. Now that I’ve had this experience on my own, I’d rather spend my company’s money elsewhere. Or maybe I would just take a locksmith course and do it on my own. Anything to NOT support these people.

They are very fair on price..I came in this morning for help with a key fob and the younger man behind the counter was incredibly fair to me and it was very appreciated. The customer service was excellent, which I know is hard to have these days. When I called previously a week or two ago, the gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was helpful as well and even returned my call with the info I needed by the time that I needed. Would easily recommend them!
