I attempted to make copies of an office key. When I tried to open the door, the key would not work. I contacted the company and received no response. When I tried to make another copy, it also failed.Minute Key contacted me and refunded the cost of the failed keys.
The response between order placement and payment segment is the only hiccup in the kiosk use. I had to back up then re-request payment for that card reader to wake up and work.
Great value for the money. I bought two keys and got a third one for free and also I got a 4th one for a $1.49. All in one transaction. Keys worked like a charm.
