I’m not going into every detail but basically the chip fell out of my key fob so my car would not start becouse of it,when the guy got here he said I could go ahead and go inside and he would call me when he was done , I went inside and started to sit down and my phone rang he was done , I go outside and he tells me I have to many keys programmed in and they only let you program 4 ( it was only 3 , he lied ) then continues to tell me that the fob won’t unlock the doors becouse of that, but I can use the key to open the doors..I then realize even if it did work it’s the wrong fob there is no trunk button.well I paid him saying that 3 months ago it was only 215.. he charged me 550.. I went on to my other job and at 2am I looked at the receipt that was sent to me,it was only for350. Then I started researching and he never called for a code he bypassed it wich is why the fob would not work to unlock the doors , when I called them the next day and the women said it was cancelled they never sent any one , well I did not cancel it I was still waiting for the call but when no one called me and it was 4 hours later I called back it was a man this time he said he couldn’t find it they must not of scheduled it. But he will now , he told me to stay by my phone becouse the lock smith would be calling . Few minutes later he called said he was an hour. And 20 min away. When he arrived he asked oh did they give you a quo, I said no he had not that’s when he said 550. If they had told me that in the beginning on the phone I would of said no way..when I called them a second time a man answered would not let me tell him what happened he said we didn’t send anyone and then hung up but before he hung up he said that’s out of our jurisdiction. It is only 7.1 miles from there office. I would never call them again, I would never recommend them ever and I’m still filing my complaint with the bbb along with the other agencies.Paige Patterson Norfolk
