I called Curly’s after a tow truck driver took my car key and left my car locked. I explained the situation and asked if someone could come out and make a key for my car. The employee I spoke with responded by asking, “What do you want us to do?” and told me they don’t make house calls.

Even though I understand that some businesses don’t offer mobile services, the customer service during the call was very poor. The conversation felt uncomfortable and unhelpful, and I left the call feeling like my situation wasn’t taken seriously. I was hoping for a little more professionalism and understanding.

Saved myself $100+ by following their advice (my cost, $14.08). Easy product to disassemble, and install a new one. I owe them some donuts for this help.

I bought keys here many times over the years. One time I gave the employee a $20 for making a set of copies for me for around $10. I said, keep the change. He thought I meant keep the leftover amount. I meant the change, the coins, like 50 cents. Not the leftover $9 something. The employee developed real attitude after that interaction. In future visits, he always seems pissed that I didn't tip him $9. Sorry bud, but I never tip anyone, get over it, or hate me for the next 40 years? But for however long you keep working there, hopefully the hatred for me and others will be your mental demise.

I am talking best of the best. We were in a pickle and they stepped up and took care of our issue. I highly recommend this business. Best around period. And thank you for what you do

Curly's came highly recommended by two of the staff at Parkrose. The key in my new/old car was refusing to come out of the ignition. So frustrating and inconvenient. The gent who helped me went out to my car and determined that the lock needed to be cleaned. Which he did in minutes! And would not charge me for his time or expertise. Going back to Curly's every time!
