Tyler Lacey
I noticed some negative reviews before booking and discussed them directly with the technician during the service. He explained that many complaints come from misunderstandings around pricing and scope of work, especially when customers expect additional services to be included at no cost. He also shared that a recent negative review, written based on recollection rather than the actual facts of the service, unfortunately led to the company losing a very skilled locksmith, which provided helpful context.
My own experience was completely professional. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the work and pricing, and completed the job efficiently with no damage. The final price matched exactly what was discussed, and everything was tested thoroughly. Based on my experience, the negative reviews do not reflect the quality of service I received.

My issue was resolved within 2 hours of my original call. I was kept updated regarding the technician’s arrival time and was charged what I was quoted and which I thought was a very fair price. The technician was respectful and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone without any reservation.
