I was camping at Ricon Parkway in Ventura and I locked myself out of my motohome. Matthew called me back right away and was able to get my motohome unlocked for me. I had a key but he was able to figure out why I was not able to use my key successfully. Thank you for your quick response and great customer service!
Matt, Tim's son, asked good questions when I called to make sure he and his father, Tim, were able to help us when they came to our house. I forgot to send Matt our contact info so he called me the next morning to follow up and see if we still needed help. If he hadn't called we would have been waiting at the time we scheduled. When they got here they were both very knowledgeable, very quick and efficient, rekeyed 5 locks and put a new handle insides in one door handle, plus tightened any loose doorknobs. Very reasonable cost. Thank you both! Good to now have reliable locksmith for future needs.
