Acme Safe

Acme Safe has been extremely helpful and reliable for us over the years whenever we’ve needed service for our safe. Their customer service is excellent, and they are always quick to respond and send out a technician to address any issues we’ve had. Chris is the technician we’ve worked with, and he has been outstanding every time. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, which makes the whole process easy and stress-free. He has come out to our office twice over the past two years, and both visits were great experiences. Each time, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, took the time to explain what was going on, and even went above and beyond to help us with the warranty on our keypad. It’s clear that Acme Safe truly cares about their customers and stands behind their work. I would absolutely recommend Acme Safe to anyone. Thank you again to Chris and the entire Acme Safe team for consistently great service!

Chris came to my (new to me) home on very short notice following an email contact - solved a serious issue with a safe and then replaced or re-keyed my door locks. Very professional and great service at what I thought was a very reasonable cost. Cannot give a high enough recommendation - fast knowledgeable and reliable.
