Billy provided excellent service today. He was on time, professional, courteous, and very personable. He even questioned a side door that we had not identified to be keyed. He rekeyed all of our locks, provided spare keys and provided guidance in programming the front door keypad. Highly recommend Coastal Lock and Key!

Wonderful service! Quick appointment scheduling. Billy will ensure that you get what you need and that everything is in full working order before he leaves. We needed multiple keypad locks installed in a building and the locks had multiple things to navigate. Billy was patient and kind and made sure every single one was installed and working properly! I definitely recommend Coastal Lock and Key.
