I'm so lucky to have found them and he made everything work out so easy, understanding and overall great customer service skills. No rip off, just a person who's honest and upfront about the services he was providing. Hopefully I wouldn't need them again, but if I'm ever in this situation I'll be sure to reach out to him first. I'm so happy with my results and he was done in no time at all. Oh and did I mention he even came and picked me up! Now talk about over & beyond. I'm just beyond grateful and satisfied with my new key fob, on a cadillac SRX and wasn't over price compared to going too dealership. Please check him out, you won't be disappointed!! 10/10 THE BEST IN TOWN!! Thank you again!!

This company was so unbelievably professional, helpful, kind and just overall great!! At first I spoke with Jacob. I was later contacted by Ethan letting me know that he would be the one helping me as Jacob was busy. No problem at all. Ethan had to meet us at my son’s school, which was where the car was. While working on the key he shared that he is a recent high school graduate. I was shocked!! His parents should be so proud of this young man… He was so mature, respectful, polite and professional. We will most certainly use this company again in the future should the opportunity arise!

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but I just had to for Jacob at Good Locks. His customer service, attention to detail, incredible communication, and quick pace were next level. He's amazing, and I would highly recommend him if you are ever in need of a locksmith in the VA Beach area!

I needed to get a key programmed for my car that we just purchased. I called and had a great experience. Showed up on time and had the key programmed quickly. I would highly recommend Jacob for any and all locksmith questions or services. Thank you for the quick and polite experience.
