Brewer Lock & Safe Co.

Called at the last minute and got an,almost immediate response. Technician came out at 9 o'clock at night and changed all my locks. I could not be more pleased with this company. Additional: I am so impressed. As my tech was leaving he noticed a car that seemed suspicious to him and he called me to let me know.

Our company has worked with Bill for many years, and he consistently exceeds expectations. He is one of the most skilled safe technicians I’ve had the privilege to work with. I’ve accompanied him on calls to assist customers with safe openings, and he is always cordial, polite, and respectful. Bill’s honesty and fairness stand out, as does his commitment to leaving every workspace clean and tidy. He has a passion for educating others and willingly shares his knowledge with those eager to learn. What sets Bill apart is his willingness to take on challenges that other safe technicians shy away from. As a certified Master Locksmith, he is exceptionally talented in his craft. Bill is not just a locksmith who opens car or house doors, as many do today; he is a true professional and expert in safe and locksmithing services.

I bought a safe for my husbands birthday and needed help getting it delivered and brought into the house! They are very knowledgeable and careful when moving everything and did a wonderful job getting it set up! Will definitely use them again in the future if we get another one or have to move this one or if we have any issues! Highly recommend! The communication is clear, prompt and explained well!
