Have spent months back and forth on a fix and they haven’t been able to respond, let me know how/when it can be fixed, etc. the locksmith doesn’t respond the admin team answering the phones are helpless. This has been terribly frustrating. I’ve used them before for jobs and was satisfied but unsure as to why the service has dropped off so substantially.Update: was able to get a fix with the guys at Texas Premier. The owner stepped in to clear up the issue and get us taken care of. Thanks again guys for taking care of us, working through this, keeping us updated on the specific part being needed, and making our fix happen. Will continue to use y’all in the future ????

My daughters friend was locked out of his apartment due to the door shutting behind him. His whole world including keys were behind this door. He emailed maintenance and received no response.
