The person I spoke with was respectful and asked questions to get an understanding of the issue. Unfortunately he was unable to help as my vehicle wasnt able to allow new programming for new keys.Hey got through a lot of his diagnostics fairly quickly and at the very least helped me with what my next step should be since I can’t replace my key.
Hands-down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I called in with questions about getting a replacement key fob and they answered every single one with patience and clarity even over multiple phone calls. They didn’t rush me or brush me off. They gave me the full price breakdown up front (which was actually cheaper than I expected) and never tried to upsell or pressure me.When I showed up, they were fast, friendly, and professional. The process was smooth, and the new fob works perfectly.
