I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I initially reached out for help with a faulty balcony door handle. Communication started off well, but things quickly became a long, drawn-out process full of delays, misquotes, and poor follow-through.

1. Weeks of Delays & Scheduling Changes
What should have been a straightforward job ended up taking over three weeks, with multiple reschedules, often last-minute. I repeatedly had to follow up to get updates.

2. Poor Responsiveness
After the work was finally completed, I spent weeks trying to get corrected receipts for my landlord. My messages on text were mostly unanswered until I warned that I would leave a review.

2. Wrong Part Ordered & Refund Delays
They charged me for a part that wasn’t used, admitted it, and said the trim cost would be refunded in 5–10 business days. It has now been longer than that, and still no refund. Once again, no response unless I chase them.

Overall, this felt like a mix of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of accountability. The technicians themselves were polite, but the operational side of the business needs serious improvement. I would not recommend it unless they address these issues.

Alex responded quick as I requested a quote and was able to book an appt the day I chose. Alex is friendly, professional, great communication and was transparent during our conversation. Communication was perfect and he was able to give me a price which is what I paid after the job was complete. I was able to provide my own material and Alex reduced the price from the first quote. I received multiple quotes from locksmiths around my area and B&B Locksmith & Security had the BEST price by a landslide.

Joe was the technician who provided service. He was on time for our appt and called me before with an ETA. Joe has great communication, professional, friendly and provided speedy service with no issues. He was able to use the material I provided as well. He was transparent and disclosed there is a chance my provided material would not work as there is different keys for my vehicle. He finished the job in 30 minutes! I thought it would take at least an hour.

Overall, my experience with B&B Locksmith & Security was 5 stars! Shoutout to Alex for fast response time and setting up the appt. Huge shoutout to Joe for providing the best customer service! Every business needs an employee like Joe! Thanks again!
