I copied a very regular key, but it didn't copy it right! It does not even turn in the key hole.
Update: I contacted customer service and they fully refunded me. nice customer service. I updated my ration from 1 star to 3 stars.

When I saw this booth at the grocery store I wanted to try it out because ive only had one key for my car for about 2 years, which is a gamble to say the least lol. But it was easy as possible, you insert your key into a slot, it reads it, and thats that. You pay and it comes a few days later. The only problem I had was it didnt include an extra key fob with it, there was an option too have one made by pressing your existing fob up to a scanner, but I tried over 10 times and it couldnt read it, idk if it was my fob or if it was the machine, but after I was done putting in my address info and paying for it, it had a screen pop up saying your key is on the way and there was a picture with one of those key/fob combo so i assumed thats what i was getting. So I was a bit disappointed when just a metal key key came, but it was no big deal. I can now still use my car if I ever lose my regular keys or lock them in my car or something.

Anyways the service was fast and easy as can be, delivery was fast, and the key unlocks and starts my car as it should. The fob copy thing idk it could have just been the machine or my fob since it is old. Regardless I would definitely recommend. Especially since I once asked at an auto parts store that had a big sign saying "WE COPY KEYS" to make a copy of mine and they told me I have to go to a dealership to get the key copied, so for pushing a couple buttons on a touch screen and putting your key in a slot for 5 seconds and have it delivered in a couple days for 20 bucks was way worth it
