Robin answered my phone call as I was in a panic because I got locked out of my house and I have pets who need their medications on time. Robin was so kind to me and had the locksmith, Jose, here within 15 minutes. I am so thankful to Robin for being so compassionate and just caring and for Jose for helping me get into my home so quickly. I appreciate them both so much, thank you both again!

I didn't know this place existed until today, but I am SO happy that I know now! I needed a copy of my car key, which Ace charges $90 for. I Googled car key copies and Security Lock & Door came up in my search results. For $35 I got a perfect copy of my car key in no time and the lady that duplicated my key was so friendly and helpful.

Robin helped me replace a key FOB for a Chevy Cruze. It took a few days to order a replacement but that’s quicker than the time quoted by the dealership. As soon as the key arrived, I received a phone call and was in and out in minutes. Price was again better than quoted by the dealership. No issues what so ever using the key FOB over the past week or two. All in all it was a positive experience and I would recommend anyone needing a new key for their vehicle to try here first.
