It was 95 degrees in July with an incoming thunderstorm when I realized the keys to my bike lock fell off my lanyard at some point while riding. So I was trapped at work and struggling to find a locksmith that would even entertain coming to help me out--most said opening a bike lock wasn't their thing.Finally, Peter called me back from Cheshire Locksmith and said he could come out this afternoon and take a look. At that point, I just asked him to cut through it so I could get on with my life lol. Peter safely cut through the lock within just a few minutes, made it easy, and was a pleasure to work with.Highly recommended, in my case they helped me out when no one else would, and I appreciate it!

I do not recommend this company. I was confirmed for an afternoon appointment today to fix a malfunctioning lock for my elderly father. The lock was locking him in his apartment which is obviously a safety hazard. I confirmed and sent photographs and day-of the technician flaked 15 mins after he was supposed to show up, "didn't add me to his calendar" and I had to call him to find this out. Now I'm scrambling to find someone else so that my father isn't trapped inside in an emergency. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Stuff comes up but be a little more considerate of your potential customers. ZERO STARS.
I had been storing all of my sons medicine in a digital Honeywell safe. Several days ago it stopped allowing me to use the pin # and locked me out. I called and he scheduled a time with me on the same day to see if he could help me. Turns out I had a defective lock, and needing my son's medicine (he has Autism) I brought the safe over. Jeff (I hope that it his name) worked on breaking into my safe, at my request, and it took him over 30 minutes of hard physical labor to finally get into it. I was worried at that point that it was going to cost me at least $50. At least. He was dripping with sweat. I gathered all of my sons things and asked him how much I owed. His response, "NOTHING". ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Is it 1950 again? Well, I was blown away from start to finish with this company. Bravo, especially the customer service.
These guys are great. They re-keyed 5 locks in under 10 minutes for my new house while I waited. Very knowledgeable, professional, and funny. They have a beautiful dog too!
