Called this place to get my vehicle unlocked. Had to go through a man operator each and every time I called in. Each and every time you ask? Yes I called 4 - 5 times total. First to set up the technician to come out..which he said he’d be there in 15 minutes. Soooo…45+ minutes later he still hadn’t called to give me an update even though I called in 4 more times to figure out if I needed to just go elsewhere. Each and every time they said I’d get an update. Very unprofessional. If you’re in Waterloo/Cedar Falls and need your car unlocked go to Locksperts!! They got the job done very fast!
Did not work. It works in the bottom lock but the bolt lock, it just spins
Made 6 keys. None will turn in the lock. Never received a receipt so no way to get a refund.
Keys worked well, the location in the store was a little hard to find, no signs saying where it was, I just heard about they had one at menards, the plain keys were pretty cheap and you buy 2 and get 3rd free was nice but if u wanted a design I think it was a little pricey.
Instructions were confusing. Wanted two copies of one key (second key was free). Prompt asked for second key which was the same. I ended up with four keys not two.Plus it never showed the final order for any corrections like most online ordering.
