Called this place to get my vehicle unlocked. Had to go through a man operator each and every time I called in. Each and every time you ask? Yes I called 4 - 5 times total. First to set up the technician to come out..which he said he’d be there in 15 minutes. Soooo…45+ minutes later he still hadn’t called to give me an update even though I called in 4 more times to figure out if I needed to just go elsewhere. Each and every time they said I’d get an update. Very unprofessional. If you’re in Waterloo/Cedar Falls and need your car unlocked go to Locksperts!! They got the job done very fast!

Unfortunately, two of the keys that I had made did not work in the locks. One of the keys didn’t work as the high spots were not high enough to activate the lock. I am uncertain how to get my money back for the two bad keys.

At almost $6 a key they're too expensive and not worth getting plus I bought 2 keys and one of them didn't work. I'll never use the machine again, id rather go somewhere else and have them done the old way.
