I spoke with David, the owner, last week and we confirmed an appointment for Monday, May 4 at the Sharonville location to program a key fob. Unfortunately, he never arrived to perform the service. I waited about 30 minutes at the business and did not receive any text or call with an update. I called and texted him multiple times while there.

When I called the office, the only person who answered was the answering service. They could only offer to text him, and I never received a return call.

After reading other reviews, it seems my experience may not be an isolated incident.

He'll be our go to for future auto key needs!
