I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My kids accidentally locked the car key in the trunk late on a Saturday night while fishing off Flagler Bridge in West Palm Beach. Based on the great reviews, I contacted Kwikey Locksmith Services, and Mark promptly returned my call. He immediately offered to drive to their location and unlock the car.Mark stayed in constant communication, responding quickly to my texts and keeping me updated throughout the process. Once he arrived, he confirmed he had located my kids and the car. Within minutes, he texted me again to let me know the car was open and the alarm had been safely disarmed since I only have a key without a disarming function.The service was reasonably priced, and unlike my experiences with some other locksmiths, Mark was honest, professional, and did not take advantage of the situation. Eli was amazing! I accidentally washed my key fob and it stopped working. He tried fixing my key fob, but it already had corrosion. He made two new key fobs that work perfectly. So much better than going to the dealership!!! And I feel awesome knowing that I can call him if I destroy my key fob again in the future. :)
