I called to request a locksmith and was told one would contact me. I waited over an hour, trying to follow-up multiple times and was never given an ETA nor an explanation of why I wasn't being contacted. When I called to cancel the request, the representative tried to charge me a $30 "service fee" for the technician's time and gas, even though I was never contacted and from everything I was told, no locksmith was headed my way. When I challenged the $30 fee, the representative said goodbye and hung up. Totally unprofessional. This company feels very scammy.

We had to change the front door lock due to kicking someone out of our house. They could not install the new hardware so they put our old one back on. We paid $150 just to put our original lock back on. They did not put the hardware back correctly and did not put all the screws back and stripped one screw. We called multiple times over a few days to attempt to get a refund and they have hung up on us and said they would call back but never did. Would never recommended this company!!!
