I had a unique challenge where I had locked my only key in the trunk of a rare car with a weird lock and had no other means of access. Lisa took this challenge, secured specialized tools, and after over a week of extra research on her own time she successfully found a solution and managed to get the lock open. Despite the lengthy process she honored her original price quote and saved me significant cost vs sending the car back to its manufacturer. I cannot recommend Lisa highly enough.

Amazing, very professional, very very knowledgeable, had very modern computers and equipment for today’s electronic keys, and affordable! Over the weekend, she did research and reached out to the manufacturer. She came back and fixed the problem, and I didn't even need the new expensive part!
