I placed a call to make inquiries about a key FOB. My vehicle is a 2003 GMC Envoy, and frankly, I wasn't sure if it was even possible to get a one for a vehicle this old.To cut to the chase, a pleasant receptionist passed me to a sales rep who could give me quotes and other info on fobs. Not only was the gentleman patient in looking up quotes, but understanding regarding the driving distance, my being elderly and somewhat disabledIt was not mentioned for sympathy but more so because I did not know if I would be able to make it to the store before they closed (which I was not able).People are obviously in business for at least two basic reasons: [1] to provide a product or a service to accommodate people[2] to earn a living as we all must doI failed to get the gentleman's name, but he actually gave me the name of a competitor so that I would not have to drive so far. Can you imagine that?What a thoughtful, kind heart - most businesses rarely mention or lead a customer to their competitors, but Bee Safe & Lock obviously takes "service" seriously, putting it into action in unexpected ways.It was later in the day when I made my inquiry, but I intend to do business directly with Bee Safe. Any business that truly puts the customer before the 'almighty' dollar deserves to be acknowledged, respected and honoured. Amazing experience with Ross! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I was able to get my front door key lock issue fixed super quick. Would definitely recommend.
Had a quick and easy time! Called the front desk for a quote was given one instantly. They provide great care with reasonable prices. Also came included with a one year warranty. They also fixed my original key for 10$. The new key programmed and bought from there was 120 for one of the newer Dodge Vans.
