Really easy machine to use… I got 3 keys were all good went back for another key this time the key came out scratched and the paint is coming off already not very good quality (Raptors)
These people will scam you. My son locked his keys in his car and called them for assistance. The tech quoted a $35 call out charge plus $40 labour which seemed reasonable so he went ahead. He asked again when they got to the car and they quoted the same. It took them less than two minutes to retrieve the car and they handed him a bill for $350, which he felt he needed to pay. If you live in Durham Ontario then please take note.
While I like the concept of making a key this way, I had trouble (twice) completing my orders. I ended up with three keys the first time and four keys the second time, more than required, before I was able to pay and leave. It does not indicate that you can tap the card and it wouldn’t let me swipe mine. Finally got some help from a Walmart employee. The tap worked fine. The first time , the Walmart supervisor couldn’t even help me but I finally I got out of it.
Keys were cut and were accurate however the machine would only accept one of my four credit cards. The payment options are limited. This poses a problem with my accounting. Not sure if this is just an error with the machine I was using but it was inconvenient. However service was quick and the instructions were clear.
Copied a key, and turned out good, edging could be a bit smoother, key worked good...all in all I give a 4 star rating on the duplicating, just watch out for metal shavings that may still be attached to key and any sharp edging where key has been cut
