Definitely not my cup of tea… Can’t just walk in to get keys made. Key prices are astronomicalToo many restrictions in today’s day and age, If I manage a property that has Tobik locks, They get changed… I wish them the best
The most disgusting owner I have ever come into contact with. Yesterday I was pulling out of my job I have been working at for years (it’s an area I’m very familiar with and never have an issue) I check both ways to make sure both sides of the road are clear before I start to turn and as I start to turn a this companies truck barrels down the road. If I hadn’t completely stepped on my breaks I would’ve been rammed into and badly injured. Again I drive every day here so it’s not an area I’m unfamiliar with and I’m used to fast drivers. But this guys almost crashes into me because he’s barreling down this road and then waves his finger at me. I called the company number and was met with a lovely receptionist who took the info and said they took it seriously and I was relieved and I would’ve been fine with just that but she said that owner was in an interview and would call me later and even thanked me for calling. This morning I get a phone call from the owner, the nastiest tone tells me how it was my fault for trying to pull out and they were correct to wave their finger at me. I explained how they were going clearly over the speed limit and he told me that’s “my perception”. I mentioned reporting this to the FMSCA as this is extremely concerning behavior and he proceeded to try to tell me off but I just hung up. Whoever owns this company should not be a business owner.Update FMSCA can’t help but I’ll be going to my local police station to see what I can do or if there’s a local state company I can reach out to. I’m sick of feeling scared to drive everyday bc of people like this
Good luck hiring this company. After repeated phone calls and stopping in twice, I kept getting excuse after excuse. Mark is busy, Mark is out to lunch, Mark is on vacation….so I left Mark multiple message and emails. Thinking well he will get back to me. Nope. Nothing. Bad business all around. This is after their sales associate told me they’d be glad to help me with my lock issue. Just have to talk to Mark and set it up.Why not just tell me, “sorry sir we can’t help you right now” instead of stringing me along? I will never waste my time here again.
Ok, Torbik Torbik Torbik... Where do I start?First, I would like to say that the pup the store owner has is just a beautiful little pooch. She was so happy 2 be greeted, she almost appeared that she was going to lift off with her tail acting as a propeller because it was wagging so fast! It's always nice to see an animal lover bring there top to a store to greet the customers. It really does make it feel more of a welcoming atmosphere. The lady behind the counter. Whom I believe is the owner, is just magnificent! She was just absolutely incredibly Pleasant and well-versed. She was not only very professional and courteous oh, she was quick and perfect! I was in and out very quickly, do to her diligence and years of practice. I will no longer get my keys made anywhere else except this place. I highly suggest it to anybody! Thank you for being such a great service to your company Miss. It was a pleasure doing business!
Keys..................................... that really work, every time! This company services me as a vendor at my place of employment. I am in a profession that requires electronic doors to be repaired and many keys to be replicated, locks re-keyed and handles replaced. They arrive on time, and provide professional, excellent service. If there's a little something extra that needs to be repaired, the workers will never fail to assist. They run a business the old fashioned way, they provide good customer service!
