We bought a house that came with a safe (but no password to get in). 5 Stars came to the house within 24 hours, was able to get into it, and all the documents inside were retrieved. Highly recommend them if you need a locksmith!

The locksmith replaced a door knob and rekeyed it to match the other doors. When he came in, the price he quoted was high, so I turned him down. He called his boss and took $50 off the price, which was great. After he finished the job, he told me that in order to get the $50 off, he needed to see my phone so he could leave a review. He used my account to write himself a 5-star review, then responded to it as if I had written it. Sad to have done business with a shady company like this. There are plenty of other businesses that can do this work without the deception.

I had a wonderful experience with 5 star locksmith.
I had an issue, it was fixed last month. The other day, my key just stopped working but I didn’t know the chip fell out. They came back out and corrected the mistake. I will always use 5 star locksmith and recommend you don’t.

Upon receiving a picture of my key, the technician says "How much is this key worth to you?". To which I respond "What are you trying to say to me right now?".
And he clarifies with "How much are you willing to pay? You really want this key right?" So he's looking to take advantage of someone in a desperate situation. When I told him what I'd be willing to pay, which wasnt much because its not even a car key theres nothing electronic or smart about it, he told me he'd call me back. Five minutes later he calls back to deny the service.
Reply- I never got a service from your business so how can it be in your system? Its all hearsay between me and your tech because it all happened over phone call and obviously you are gonna protect your employee. Moving the goal post response, do better.
