I came in with a tricky E-Bike key to copy. Although we were not able to find an exact match I really appreciate the professionalism and the staff’s expert knowledge. They went above and beyond for me that’s all I can say. Good people, Good vibes.

Wonderful experience, would highly recommend! The owner, Stephen, is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and has an obvious passion for his craft, which is exceedingly hard to find in any profession. Definitely my new go-to locksmith.

I contacted Certified Lock & Access after the opener on my detached garage failed, and I didn’t have a key to open the side door. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and was able to schedule me for immediate service. Alex came out and quickly opened the door, re-keyed the lock to be the same as the house, and repaired the strike plate. He was nice and seemed very knowledgeable about residential locks. The cost ended up being less than what I expected. I highly recommend Certified Lock and Access!

Outstanding service, personal attention and helpful problem solving. A better experience than I could have ever expected. Helped me with three issues over several years, each time was better than before.

We were in the process of preparing our home for a photo shoot and needed to replace the hardware on the front door. Steve was terrific in accommodating our needs on such short notice. He came out in the evening to install the new hardware in order to ensure it was ready for the next day's photography session. Knowledgable and incredibly responsive. This is your go to firm!
