Prompt, determine, polite, effective. We had to open two large residential combination safes (we lost track of the combinations). Worcester competitor locksmiths either did not respond to our call or took too long. Caola Locksmith scheduled an appointment the next day. They tried various options and eventually had to drill through very thick steel. It took a return visit. They discussed options with us throughout, the charge was very reasonable. They then repaired one door to bring one safe back to working order. They were really wonderful and I'm glad they were available.
Excellent customer service! I had a car key stolen and they were extremely helpful and friendly during a stressful time. They took in my car on the same day I called, re-keyed the ignition and door lock as well as provided new sets of keys for a very fair price. Highly recommend!
Great service. Highly recommended. They went beyond my expectations. I went for a duplicate for a key that has a chip. Also my ignition was all worn out for the key to use. I didn't had an appointment and they helped me right away. The repair was quick and the price very reasonable.
Caola always provides the best customer service. I do all my work keys, house keys and NOW even my car keys here. They are fast, friendly, beyond knowledgeable and all their keys work perfect. I would recommend them to everyone. Don’t go anywhere else !!
