Reviews

What customers say

Two customers describe locksmith requests that ended without service after delays. One says the request was cancelled after a wait of more than 30 minutes; another says a fee was accepted before a message said professionals could not provide service. For key copying, one homeowner says a new house key worked well, while another reports an unusable cut; a kiosk customer also found no regular brass house keys available.

Customer Reviews

Oscar Ventura

My key wasn’t cut right so now I have a useless key

Chris L-M

Absolutely useless. Wasted over 30 minutes of my time waiting while my truck was running just to cancel and say they coukdnt find anyone.

Judy Delgado

Got a new key for my house and it was quick, easy, and affordable! It works great!

Jasmine Belmonte

Terrible service. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We paid all the fees it asked for and I got a text message that said we had a wait time of 5 minutes, I then received a text message saying it’ll be a 10 minute wait time because no one was available. So then I received a text message, saying “they secured a provider for our service”, but asked for an additional 13 dollars for this service. We accepted the fee and received a text message again saying “we sincerely apologize, but our professionals are all busy and unable to provide you service at this time.” I find it pretty ridiculous that it took that long to let us know and charge the card. Highly don’t recommend.

No good of a kiosk. Doesn’t have a single key available, at least for regular brass home keys). As common as they are it’s inconvenient that it happily says it will ship them to you. Also… 10.99 each key? That’s more than double that other key kiosks. Not stopping again.
