My finances 2011 VW Jetta had an issue with its ignition switch assembly. I replaced the assembly but was still having issues with the immobilizer. Yakima Lock & Safe worked with me, letting me know what I could do and cost options. Ultimately ended up dragging the car down on a tow strap to their business and they got me taken care of. Really appreciate the communication and quick work. I now have two working fobs and two keys to open up the doors. Will be coming back for anything lock related. Thank you guys again for making my Monday great ??

I had a great experience with Shaun the locksmith. They communicated really well throughout the whole process and made everything easy to understand. I was locked out of my car my key fob not working I gave them a call He told me all the possible locations to unlock a car how to manually start it with a push button in car was able to find it and start my car how to reset the key very informative.
