My finances 2011 VW Jetta had an issue with its ignition switch assembly. I replaced the assembly but was still having issues with the immobilizer. Yakima Lock & Safe worked with me, letting me know what I could do and cost options. Ultimately ended up dragging the car down on a tow strap to their business and they got me taken care of. Really appreciate the communication and quick work. I now have two working fobs and two keys to open up the doors. Will be coming back for anything lock related. I had a great experience with Shaun the locksmith. They communicated really well throughout the whole process and made everything easy to understand. They were also very friendly and professional, which made the situation a lot less stressful. What stood out most was how confident and knowledgeable they were in identifying that the key was the issue causing my car not to start. Overall, I really appreciate the help and would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.
I was locked out of my car my key fob not working I gave them a call He told me all the possible locations to unlock a car how to manually start it with a push button in car was able to find it and start my car how to reset the key very informative. I am impressed. Very great customer service if I ever need a key, we’ll definitely return.
