I'll give em 4 stars because they are friendly. But seriously.. You only do keys for 2009 and newer for cars? Not very lock smithy. Disappointing.
I’ve used a few locksmiths in Yuma before, but this one stood out. I had some old locks that needed replacing, and Brandon walked me through a couple better options without pushing anything. The new ones work better and look a lot cleaner.
Won't attempt to do business with again. Made an appointment a week out. Got 3 plus text reminders. Technical never showed up. Phone number goes to an AI service that wastes more or your time. Somehow they are linked to Affordable Locksmith Serives. Guess my money isn't green enough.
As a small biz owner myself, I'd like to leave a better review. Waited 40 minutes for the tech to show up to the appt and he never did. Called after 10 minutes and was told they'd be another 10 to 15 minutes. Called and left a message with Brandon to reschedule and he didn't return my call. ????? They wasted my time and I cannot recommend.
