Can’t say enough about this local company and their commitment to their customers! Right from our first inquiry they were professional, thorough, transparent and reasonable regarding cost and able to meet all of our moving challenges with ease. They showed up on one of the coldest days of the year and moved our belongings carefully and efficiently. Not a single bit of damage thru the move. When I had another piece of equipment to move after they had left they made arrangements to assist. They were flexible with our personal requests and worked well as a team leaving us confident in their abilities in handling our personal items. Phenomenal Service!Right from the first contact I made for a quote through to the end of the job, very helpful and friendly staff ??Our movers, Kale and Noah, were such polite young men and did an amazing job. We had our 3500 sq ft house moved into a storage unit. They moved us out of storage into a condo and were so patient as we went through the storage locker to gather items going to the condo vs what was staying in storage. Amazing job! Highly recommend! We will definitely call on this company if we have future moves!
Airdrie Moving Inc. Was awesome. They arrived on time (actually about 15mins early) they had to do stops before the the final destination. They were extremely careful but efficient with no damages as everything was done with care. I'm very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for movers. The absolute WORST moving experience of my life! I hired LOCAL AIRDRIE MOVING INC. It took 5 of their "team" to pack the contents of 2 storage units into a 5 tonne truck and a Uhaul over 8 hours! Then at the delivery point, which was 17 minutes away, informed me that the bill was going to be double what they quoted me.I was alone with a young child at the time, and I had no money left after giving them over $2000. So instead of bringing my stuff inside the house they literally threw everything i own into my garage, and what wouldn't fit there ended up on my driveway!I was quoted between $1600-$1900 plus $200 for the Uhaul rental. How they can justify trying to get over $1700 more from me, I don't know. That is double the original quote, but then to leave my stuff outside in the driveway knowing I am new to the area and have nobody I can call to help me.I can't even describe the amount of damage they caused me, my deep freeze is still buried under my heaviest furniture. I couldn't get to it to plug it in so all that food is bad, I have broken dishes and vases, my kids bikes/scooters are in a tangled mess, also buried. I haven't even been able to get to the core of the pile so I'm sure more is yet to come!!When I asked the mover that was in charge, how I get my furniture to where it needs to be, he responded with, "hire movers to do it". He then laughed and proceeded to get in his truck to drive away, but not before yelling profanities at me in front of my 8 year old son.Moving is stressful enough, what happened here is atrocious.
