I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with this company. My calls were repeatedly disconnected (talked to all sort of names, David, Noah, Daniel, Liam, Steve, Anthony, all fake names btw ...), no solutions were ever provided, and I was unable to reach anyone from their management team. Every time I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were “in a meeting,” yet no one ever called me back. My emails also went unanswered. All I wanted was a refund of my $100 deposit after they failed to pick up my belongings. The pickup was supposed to be from Hawkesbury to Guelph, but the driver was dispatched to the wrong address and never showed up. It has now been over a month, and I still have no resolution, no refund, and no communication. I strongly advise others not to use this service. I ended up shipping my items with FedEx for a cheaper price, and everything arrived the very next day without any issues. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable company.

Worst company ever to have move your item’s, they broke tons of my stuff had 3 incompetent men moving me. Showed up 4 1/2 hours late were supposed to be there at 8am showed up at 12:30. They left some of my items back at the original house so that they could charge me $1300 more on top of the over $2000 I already payed for the move. Said they would be back with second load at 3am didn’t show up until 7:30 in the morning. It was the worst most stressful experience of my life. They also as they brought in broken items try’d to hid them. DONT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL IGNORE ANY CLAIM YOU MAKE AND IGNORE YOU. As you can see the claims Emil bounced back please beware. We had the most horrific experience with All Canada Movers. In a period of 3 weeks we went through at least 5 account managers. They showed up in a UHaul, one guy wearing slides. I am quite confident 2 out of the 4 movers had never moved before. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes between locations which should have taken maximum 35 minutes. They caused so much damage to both our furniture and properties. I believe my husband and I moved more items than they did. When it came to the heavy items that needed to be carried upstairs they would look at my husband and suggest he help carry because they were not strong enough. My husband is 66 years old with a bad back! They had to use our dolly because they didn't have one. Most wardrobe boxes were delivered upside down along with many other upside down boxes. We have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with the company and they will not take our calls. You will see in the photos the sofa corners have been taken right off. We had wrapped the sofas in plastic wrap to keep them clean since they are less than a year old. When they carried the fire table the door, hook up and bowl were all dragging on the ground. No wonder the connection broke. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY ALL CANADA VAN LINES. WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO THAT EMAIL ADDRESS ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND MADE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. THE FIRST COUPLE OF CALLS YOU DID TAKE AND TOLD US YOU RECEIVED THE EMAILS AND WOULD GET BACK TO US. STILL WAITING.....
