Joe and Caden from Blue Men Moving were great to work with. They were courteous, professional, quick, and really careful with everything. You could tell right away they knew what they were doing and took care with my stuff.I was especially nervous about my Sleep Number bed, but Joe handled it like it was no big deal. After I disconnected the air hoses, he took it apart, moved it, and set it back up perfectly at my new place. What I thought might be complicated ended up being totally seamless.They worked efficiently, were respectful of both homes, and just made the whole move easy. And honestly, the price was very reasonable for the level of service they provided.Moving is usually stressful, but Joe and Caden made it a smooth experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. The two movers showed up right on time and were incredibly careful with my furniture and belongings. They were efficient, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. They followed all directions and handled everything with care.I don’t remember their names, but they were two young men in their early 20s whose names both started with “J.” They did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend this company and use them again in the future.
I had a local move (just 1.6 miles away), but that doesn't mean anything for what I experienced. First, I need to mention Seth, who was the first person (Akron Location) that answered my email query, contacted me directly, helped me to get a quote, and then made a reservation for me. Seth was extremely pleasant and had excellent communication skills. Then came the moving day. Brin and Noah both greeted me warmly, we pleasant, very communicative about what would happen and the steps they will take to secure my large items to be moved. Both Brin and Noah followed through with everything, making sure I was aware of what they would do, how they would wrap the sofas and tables, and a host of other things that kept me VERY informed. Brin and Noah were courteous, positive in their demeanor toward their work and toward me, and very friendly. These three guys should be rewarded for making my move so positive. Everything went well and I couldn't have been any happier. If I move again, Blue Men Moving will be my first phone call. This a just an excellent experience from very qualified and professional people. Thank you!!
