It went great! I’m very pleased with how smoothly everything went. The team packed my storage unit perfectly and very thoughtfully, making sure I still have access to the items I need. I especially appreciated Ron checking on me before leaving after I mentioned my car had died—he wanted to make sure I had roadside assistance, which really meant a lot. I’ll be moving some items out of the storage unit in the next couple of weeks and will most likely reach back out for help. Thanks again for such great service and for checking in!
The Akron team did a great job moving a heavy item from a resale store to my home. This was about 50 mins each way. They wrapped the item and moved it in carefully, unwrapped it and made sure everything was OK. They were on time and kept me undated on their progress. They were helpful, friendly and polite. I would definitely use the Akron crew again!
We hired two men and a truck to move my mother. She raved about these guys who moved her..She said they were absolutely the best guys and did an amazing job moving all of her things with great care in the freezing cold.They worked so hard and took great care in handling all of her furniture! She had alot of furniture too! They were very nice and friendly as well! We will always use this company from now on.
We were so beyond impressed with Cedric and Adam during our move yesterday. From the jump, they were thorough, kind, and reassuring. They walked us through each step of the day and they took care of our old home, our items, and our new home as if it were their own. I will never forget how gentle and kind they were. Our furniture was disassembled and reassembled with such care, and they were so knowledgeable about all things moving. I have used this company every time I've moved for over a decade now. Would never use anyone else. However. My most recent moving experience somehow surpassed even my previous ones. Jake, Ethan, and AJ were amazing. They busted butt and came in well under the estimate. They even offered to knock 15 minutes off because they had to move the truck so my neighbor could get out!! They are so professional and hardworking and treat my stuff like it's their own. I've never had a single but of damage to anything but their policy is you have several days to inspect and make a report if by chance there is any. I can't recommend this company enough. Honest, hardworking, and genuinely professional and kind. Great experience every time, but a huge shout-out to the guys who rocked my last move!! I hope someone high up sees this and you guys get some earned recognition!!
