Exceptional Service from Start to Finish – Fair, Careful, and Honest I recently used this company for a full-house move and had a great experience with them. Cannot recommend them highly enough. The Estimate: Micky came out to do the estimate and was a pleasure to work with. His quote was significantly better than others I received, fair, transparent, and realistic. No pressure, just honest value. The Move Team: On moving day, Cesar, Pablo, Mario, and Juan O. were absolutely fantastic. They were respectful, professional, and worked efficiently without ever cutting corners. Every piece of furniture was carefully wrapped and padded. Nothing was rushed, and more importantly, nothing was scratched, dented, or damaged. They treated my belongings like their own. The Billing: The final hours came in a bit higher than the original estimate, which happens. But when I brought it up, the company was incredibly helpful and adjusted the bill to a very fair resolution. That kind of integrity is rare. This was an absolutely fantastic moving experience! We had to reschedule our move and Mickey, Lynda and the team were so kind and accommodating, and helped us reschedule for the following week. Juan, Lester and Mario were very professional, punctual, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They really made this a fun experience, we were cracking jokes and laughing the entire time. We had some extra things that we were going to move ourselves afterwards but the crew provide boxes so we could load them into the truck, which was a great help. They worked efficiently and got everything in and out much sooner than I had anticipated, they stayed positive the entire time, and made what could have been a stressful day completely smooth and hassle-free. Juan, Lester and Mario constantly checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. Everything arrived safely and on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers!

This is now my second time reviewing this fantastic company because…they are THAT good. D1 handled the move for my grandmother years ago and they just handled my personal move. I am a real estate agent and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my personal belongings. From the owner Jake Harrison setting everything up and stopping by to make sure everything was running smoothly, to the 4 incredibly kind guys that helped us pack & move in one day, this company is just all around awesome. They all showed up with a smile on their face, we’re so patient and helpful, and worked very quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to move in the DMV area or around the country- they are the BEST in the moving business! Thank you Jake and D1!

Esau, Emilio & Melvin were so amazing, professional and efficient. They showed up right on time and finished 20 minutes early. They were all very respectful with our belongings. It was our first time using movers and I would never choose anyone else again. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.

Rene, Jorge, and Juan B were amazing! They were careful with all of my belongings and worked very fast! They even had a few obstacles to get through; an elevator braking down and needing to use one further away, and sharing a small elevator with another tenant that was moving in the same day. No complaints, they got everything done and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’ll recommend them again and again!
