Very professional company. I was impressed and they did what they said they would do. The only thing I can say is when I set up the appointment on the phone the guy I spoke with asked for the details of the 4 pieces of furniture that I wanted taken away. The day of the appointment, the guy who called me from the pick up team didn't seem to know what he was picking up.
Nani and his colleague were great! They showed up on time. They were friendly and courteous. They took very good care of the items to be moved. They explained the process clearly. They moved everything very efficiently.The only reason that I am unable to give 5 stars to this company is due to the credit card fee. The credit card fee was not explained, and alternate payment options were not offered. While I anticipate most companies to charge a credit card fee, this company charged SIX PERCENT (6%). Although I paid with a debit card, I was informed that the fee applies to both credit cards and debit cards.Overall, I would use them again and recommend to friends. However, I believe that customers should be more aware of the 6% fee for credit cards and debit cards.
The two young men arrived on time, worked quickly & were very respectful. Chris & Josh were friendly and helped me immensely. Communication with the company & movers went smoothly.The cost was worth it, as I could not move furniture by myself. I would like to suggest that the company provide workers with straps and work gloves for the winter.I thank you for doing a great job!
What a great experience! I needed several items removed: a heavy L shaped sofa bed, A huge cat tower, A hutch and a small kitchen wood tower. crew came on time was very efficient and it was at a great price.

I had a few last-minute additions that needed to go to the storage unit, and they accommodated everything without hesitation or frustration.They moved my belongings from my apartment into my storage unit quickly, carefully, and with real attention to detail. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to them.I couldn’t recommend this team more.
