Highly recommend this company based upon decades of moving experiences! The team that came out, Quan, Michael, and Bulmaro, were prompt, polite, helpful, and steady workers. They were great problem solvers on this move and they worked great as a team. When we looked for a mover, there were ads for others that say we’re “cheaper,” faster, better. We decided to base our decision on a top 5 list of recommendations by Angi. Looking at USA Family Moving & Storage’s ad and talking to their office, I was sold on their apparent frankness, professionalism and that they are veteran owned. You don’t need to be a fellow veteran to appreciate the veteran can-do attitude and professionalism. We have had over 28 moves. My wife did 12 with her military family, and then another 10 with me during our military career and another 6 during 32 years in higher ed. Dozens of states, many countries, and this was the smoothest to date. Thank you, USA Family Moving & Storage!!

Kuan and Mike did a fantastic job on the move. Very careful on the items big and small. They did the work in 3 hours as estimated. They didn’t rush, didn’t slow down either. They were moving consistently in pace. Very gracious folks and to think I did the move on a Sunday. I will definitely get them again when move permanently to another place. I love how they took care of my stuff.

The owner is a longtime friend of mine, and when it came time for my move, choosing her company was an easy decision — and I am so glad I did. They were incredibly diligent in carefully wrapping every single piece of furniture, making sure everything was protected and handled with care. Not one corner was cut. La Brandon was eager to please and worked impressively fast while still paying attention to detail. AJ was super sweet and brought such a positive energy to the day. Marlon was serious about the job and stayed focused from beginning to end. Together, they made a phenomenal team. Also- before moving day, Spencer, the on-site moving consultant, came out to our home. He was extremely upfront, honest, and thorough about what to expect. He took his time walking through everything, explained the process clearly, and made sure there were no surprises. That transparency gave me so much confidence going into the move. This was hands down one of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had.
