Just wanted to give the loading crew the praise they deserve. From the moment they arrived, they were courteous, hardworking and kept a positive attitude the entire time. We’re still waiting on delivery, but we wanted to be sure this awesome group got the recognition they earned for the loading portion of the move. This review is based solely on their work loading the truck, and they exceeded expectations.
Honestly, solid. Rob & crew did an excellent job with our move. We had a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house to move an hour across the Atlanta Metro. They showed up ready to work and they got the truck packed and ready to go in about 2.5 hours. We then all drove across town to the new place. They were careful unloading and were excellent about confirming the locations of where items needed to go. I appreciated the binding pricing structure where my price is set for the day, and I appreciate a crew with a great attitude. I know moving boxes and furniture isn't fun, but they really were making the best of it. I'm just glad we could move when it was cool outside and not 100 degrees. Would definitely use again and I would also recommend them to my clients.
The Wirks crew were amazing. They were prompt, knowledgeable, gentle and treated our things with care. All boxes packed with protection, furniture dissembled and securely wrapped. The loading also done with care and unloading was matched with the attention to care and assembly of furniture. I would definitely use them again and recommend. Trent. Selene, Luis, and Melvin did great work today. They arrived on time and packed a few “leftovers” (things I forgot to point out yesterday!) quickly. Then they began to methodically load the truck from back to front and top to bottom of the house. I was really surprised when they were ready 2 hours laters. When I arrived at the new place, they had already opened the truck and staged for off-loading the contents. They put down protective floor covering and quickly moved things up two flight of narrow stairs in the townhome. In no time everything was placed as I had identified or asked. In addition, the reassembled my bed quickly and helped me rearrange.I really enjoyed getting to chat with all of them, and Luis and I worked on our Spanish hand English while Selene would converse bilingually nearly simultaneously. Melvin was our gravitas: he kept us all focused, while Trent made sure that priorities were met and that everything moved in safely and smoothly.Today was a difficult day for moving, but the Wirks team made it fun, and I enjoyed making that personal connection with new friends. Well Done!
