Reviews

What customers say

Accounts differ: one customer praises the prompt, careful crew and says the final bill matched the estimate, while two customers describe missed scheduled arrivals. Other customers report an incomplete whole-house move and broken belongings; one also says an improperly connected washer overflowed onto new floors and the company seemed unconcerned when contacted.

Only 1 star because you have to. Scheduled on Monday to Move on Friday, she (the owner I assume) said you’re all set the will be here by 10:00 if not earlier. Come 10:20 Friday, no one has showed up, I called and left a message, no response, called 3 more times through out the morning, no response. The amount of time and effort wasted set us back in our planned move. We ended up calling Bomb City Movers they squeezed us in on Saturday, they were awesome!! I DO NOT recommend Red Raider Movers, I’m still waiting on a response….

If I could give a zero I would. This is the second time we have been stood up by Red Raider Moving! Had an appointment at 9:00 am and they no showed and we made several calls with no answer. We called 2 Firefighters Moving and they saved the day! I would definitely not trust Red Raider Moving!

This company moved my parents, and if I could leave a 0 star review I would! They were hired to move the whole house, and they left about 40% of everything which left my parents, who are not in the best physical shape, to figure out how they will finish moving! With what they paid, ($500 +$100 tip per mover) they should have easily been about to move the entirety of the contents of my parents belonging! Because they didn’t, my parents were forced to hire a different company to finish what Red Raiders were hired to do but didn’t complete the job…save yourself the hassle and $$ and just hire a different company to begin with!

I was dreading my move from a 3-bedroom house to a new apartment, but Red Raider Moving Co made it a breeze! Their team arrived promptly at 8 am, carefully wrapped my fragile items, and expertly disassembled my furniture. The crew leader, John, ensured everything was loaded safely and efficiently. The move took less time than expected, and the final bill matched the estimate. Highly recommend!

I would still recommend this company, however; after the fact I noticed some of our items were broke. Which made me a little upset. I know things happen, no one is perfect. I just wish the company showed more compassion about my situation. However; my washer overflowed onto my brand new floors in my brand new home. Because, my washer wasn’t hooked up correctly. I repeatedly reminded them to make sure it was hooked up. I called the company and they didn’t seem to care. Just a reminder “you reap what you sow”. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. You can’t see the water, but trust and believe my floors were soaked.
