We had a large and difficult move for some clients of ours and overall Meathead Movers were great and I would consider using them again.David was amazing! He was the lead in packing the house for 2 days and on the actual move day. He was so patient with me and our elderly clients and the clients really liked him and his guys. He deserves a 10/10! Great customer service from him!I has some issues getting ahold of the office and Daniel the sales rep AFTER I signed the contract. I would always have long wait times on hold when i called and then have to leave a message and wait for a callback.Also, during the move, we wanted to add on a couple items and it was like $1800, which we of course didn't do, but put a bad taste in my mouth after spending $10K. I think $350-500 would've been more fair. But I'm sure that's set up to make them more money since they know its convenience. I asked Daniel to have David call me to discuss and I didn't hear back till later that night after the move was completed.Also, I left a cc on file for scheduling and they charged me $263.189 in CREDIT CARD FEES and i read through the entire signed proposal and there was no mention of that, so that didn't sit well either. I don't mind paying fees when i know, but i could've chose to pay with cash or check since it was such a large amount, IF i knew...Hope these details help someone in the future! :)
Johan and Ryan were so thorough and caring and efficient it blows my mind. I barely had anything ready. Going thru a tough time in life so why I had to move and these guys made it as easy as possible. I couldn’t be more thankful for their hard work
