These movers and packers are the best. Careful, very reliable, able to handle many different types of moving challenges. I know because I have presented them with some myself and they handled the issues very well. I cannot say enough good things about this company and service.I've used them twice and will use their services, without hesitation, again!The movers and staff members are incredibly professional, efficient, and well priced. Furthermore, it is apparent that the moving staff enjoy working with each other, while taking the job seriously. Their interactions and camaraderie added levity to a difficult task for me and my husband (which was to downsize a household of 20-yrs)!!While I cannot mention all the highlights, I will say they moved a baby grand piano to the second floor of our new house. I gave them the choice of leaving it on the first floor (because the move looked difficult). The project manager, Zach, and team members were unified in placing exactly where I wanted, which was upstairs!Thank you- Zach, Vance, Dan, Dion, Jay, and Tom; and of course the estimator, Bryan- for a successful move. This is my new moving company! The movers (Ron, Scott & Todd) were exceptional. They moved a very heavy and tall armoire and a boxspring from my home to a storage unit. The movers moved fast so I just stayed out of their way. The movers genuinely seemed to care about my items and well as my house and property. They moved my items without a scratch. The only difficulty I had was with scheduling. I called to confirm and they didn't have a record of my appointment. The woman on the phone stated that the other woman I spoke to had no authority to book my appointment. I was able to reschedule and the movers for the same day but late in the day. I did have to call 2x that day to make sure they were still coming. I still highly recommend this company and will hire them again!
I could not believe how amazing, fast and efficient everyone was! Not to mention I had to change my move in date a few times with a difficult previous owner and they were very reasonable with working with me on changing it many times! We had a lot of stuff to move and they did it all within hours! 3 bedrooms full of stuff….Something that would have taken us days to move ourselvesThe pricing was very reasonable and the workers were all very kind and took care of all our stuff! Everything got placed exactly where we wanted and wrapped with care. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for movers! Thank you so much again!
